A man injured during a police encounter succumbed to his injuries in a hospital, police said.
According to reports, the suspect Allah Ditta had a criminal record of 38 cases. He was injured during an alleged encounter with Satiana police near Jagatpur Rajbah.
The injured suspect was shifted to Allied Hospital-II, where he remained under treatment for several hours but died due to his injuries.
Police took the body into custody and shifted it to the mortuary for post-mortem.
