The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has decided to undertake a major expansion of Jinnah International Airport, allocating Rs100 billion for a comprehensive development project in order to meet rising passenger demand and future capacity needs.
According to sources, the expansion plan will include the construction of a new terminal building, a modern cargo village and several additional facilities, forming part of a large-scale upgrade of the airport’s infrastructure.
